Candidates must have availability Thursday/friday evening and day/evenings at weekends.

Requirements for a Waiting Person
Strong customer focus and excellent people skills.
Excellent presentation & communication skills.
Day time weekday and weekend availability essential.
Positive attitude.
Experience in the hospitality industry desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities. for Waiting Person
Setting of restaurant for service.
Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options.
Take orders and deliver them to the table.
Guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards.
To ensure that the guests needs, and requirements are met.
To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure meals are served efficiently, with the minimum fuss or delay, and presented in
accordance with, and in respect for, the standard set by the chef.
Work with other staff as a team.
To attend all training courses and meetings notified to you by management.
Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
