Responsibilities Pipeline Health and Management: Support execution of predictable revenue and consumption growth by segment/solution area, aligned with Microsoft sales methodology standards. Sales Execution: Drive and guide consistent sales excellence discipline, governance, and partner insights within and across Microsoft Elevate's EMEA business. Sales Execution Transformation: Implement evolving Microsoft Sales strategies, processes, and objectives to drive sustainable growth and improved sales performance. Planning Engagement: Partner with segment leads, Finance, Business, and Sales Operations (BSO/SOPM) on fiscal year planning workstreams requiring sales excellence support. Program Optimization: Collaborate with the SMB Sales team and Microsoft Elevate BSO team on partner and sales programs to maximize capabilities and drive pipeline health according to Microsoft sales methodology standards. Sales Strategy Implementation: Land sales strategies, processes, and objectives aligned with Microsoft sales methodology standards to ensure sustainable growth and improved sales performance. Qualifications Required Qualifications Extensive experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform decisions. Experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
