Job Title: Workshop Supervisor Instructor
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a flexible part-time workshop program, working directly with individuals with autism and other disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* To plan and deliver person-centred workshops, ensuring the development of social, emotional, and life skills in participants.
* To establish and maintain effective relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders.
* To contribute to the ongoing development of the workshop program, including programme planning, person-centred plans, and key worker/support worker role philosophy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A full QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification is essential.
* A genuine passion for providing person-centred support is key to being successful in this role.
* Ability to work on own initiative, awareness of key worker/support worker role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs, programme planning person-centred plans, fluent English, and excellent communication skills.
* Full, clean driver's license desirable.
