CH Marine is one of Ireland's leading marine equipment suppliers in both the retail and wholesale sectors. We are presently seeking applications for a Telephone Sales and Customer Services agent to join our busy team in Cork City. This is an all-year-round full-time position in a progressive company and will suit candidates who enjoy responsibility, being part of a team and working in a fast paced and busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering and directing numerous incoming calls
* Basic telephone and online sales management
* CRM
* Provide escalation of service & delivery
Skills required
* Knowledge and experience in a busy customer service position for at least 2 years
* Knowledge and experience of sales and invoicing platforms
* Ability to manage large numbers of incoming calls and queries
* Excellent organisational skills and accountability
* Ability to maintain high standards of friendly professionalism
* Knowledge of the marine industry an advantage but not essential

* Hours of work: 40 hours per week based around operating days of Monday to Friday
