Our client is a leading company in the motor sector and is currently seeking an Experienced Service Administrator / Co-Ordinator to join their busy and professional team. This is a key position that acts as the bridge between customers and the service departmentensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling and a first-class customer experience. Plus €300 per month bonus potential, Xmas bonus and Salary review yearly.9 5.30 Monday to Friday. DUTIES OF THE ROLE Schedule and manage service appointments, optimising workshop capacity. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring clear and professional communication. Liaise with technicians to relay customer concerns and confirm accurate diagnosis. Provide cost estimates for work required, securing approval before proceeding. Keep customers informed with status updates, estimated completion times and follow-up calls. Prepare and issue repair orders, invoices and service records with accuracy. Process payments and resolve any billing queries. Ensure all service history and customer interactions are correctly documented. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Administrator, or Co-Ordinator (preferably in the automotive industry). Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsboth with customers and internal teams. Strong organization & multitasking skills & great attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite A proactive problem solver with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
