Our client is a public sector organisation that provides individualised care to young people remanded in custody or sentenced by the Courts for a period of detention.
As Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for evolving the HR strategy in line with the Strategic Plan 2022-2026, and leading the development and implementation of key HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have recent relevant experience along with a degree or equivalent in human resources, and strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Evolve the HR strategy in line with the Strategic Plan 2022-2026.
* Lead the development and implementation of key HR initiatives.
* Provide expert input to organisation design and development initiatives.
* Develop Learning and Development plan.
* Own the delivery of HR policies and practices aligned to comply with Public Sector requirements and employment legislation.
* Manage performance to ensure meaningful links between individuals and organisational strategy and goals.
* Benchmark against best practice standards, review and audit regularly, and change areas as required.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent strategic and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and multitasking ability to meet tight deadlines.
