Support Engineer - Corporate Technology
This role is within the an Internal Technology Support & DevOps Team. The technology stack includes amongst other technologies Python, Angular, Kafka and various AWS platforms.
Principal ResponsibilitiesProvide day to day best in class application management for multiple systems across MLPHands on ops tasks to improve the software delivery process and user experienceEnd to end support for projects involving for Middle Office, Operations, Treasury, Compliance and other business functionsDrive process improvements via automation and the use of AILead application onboarding & improvement initiatives
Requirements1-2 years' experience working in a role specifically in a Financial Services Institutions or a major Tech organizationExcellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skillsSome level of development/Technical skills is desirableAWS Cloud experience is a plusStrong attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyEffective time management and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to any situation quickly and thrive in a fast pace environmentStrong interpersonal skills - hardworking, friendly, honest, enthusiasticStrives to drive continuous improvement
