Title: Community Fundraising Administrator

Hours: Full Time (35 hours)

Contract Type: Specified Purpose Contract (approx. one year)

Salary: Grade IV salary scale - €34,256 - €53,304

Job Closing Date: Friday, 7th February, 5pm

Summary of the role:

We want our supporters to understand that when they choose to support LauraLynn, they are supporting hundreds of families of seriously ill children who need round the clock care. The Fundraising Administrator will be responsible for ensuring our supporters are adequately thanked in a timely fashion and know the true impact of their donation. This person will also provide administrative support to LauraLynn’s Community Fundraising team, who undertake a variety of fundraising campaigns and activities on an annual basis. Donor care is of utmost importance here in LauraLynn and we want our supporters to have the best experience when they choose to support LauraLynn. The position of Fundraising Administrator at LauraLynn includes, but is not limited to, general office tasks and administration, implementation of donor care plans across segments of donors, fulfilling fundraising packs, inputting donor data into the CRM, and greeting community donors at reception. This role is predominantly office based.

Essential Criteria - the successful candidate will possess the following:

1. Educated to Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in customer service, administration, or fundraising.
3. Excellent relationship management skills.
4. Professional and warm communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritise, plan and organise own workload.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate staff, volunteers and supporters.
