The Role
The Business Development Executive – North America will play a key role in executing Ei Electronics' international growth strategy. This position is ideally suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in international business, market entry, and strategic partnerships.
Through structured international assignments, you will gain first-hand exposure to the North American market and support the development, launch, and expansion of the Ei brand across this high-growth region.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify new commercial opportunities
* Support the planning and execution of market-entry and expansion strategies across North America
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders throughout the supply chain
* Assist in preparing commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
* Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
* Travel extensively, including extended international placements to gain deep market insight
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
* 1–3 years' experience in business development, sales, consulting, or international trade
* MBA (completed or in progress) is a strong advantage
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
* Comfortable working in cross-cultural and international environments
* High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel or relocate internationally
