As a Chef de Partie, you will be required to:
Assist our chefs with the overall running of the kitchen
Monitor HACCP procedures and hygiene standards
Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section.
Assist in developing new menu items and specials.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to minimize waste.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
Ensure consistency in portion sizes and food quality.
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Follow health & safety and food hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
Experience in pub food or casual dining is a plus.
Passion for cooking and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Must have EU Passport
