This role is located in Dublin, on a Hybrid basis.BNY Transfer Agency provides fund administration services to a multitude of clients including Money Markets, Mutual Funds and ETFs. The Client Operations team provide both client service and oversight duties for and on behalf of our clients, including management of client queries, client escalations, supporting the offshore processing teams on complex queries and management of risk throughout the transfer agency process as identified in our reconciliation process. Servicing a limited number of clientsIn this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Identify and manage risks as identified in the reconciliation process on behalf of our clientsRespond to all client queries within the required client SLA.Identify and manage risks as identified in the reconciliation process on behalf of our clientsRespond to and assist on all queries and escalations from processing teams (Dealing, Cash Settlements, Distributions, etc.) Manage risks through engagement with internal teams within Transfer Agency to resolve queries.Engagement with the Fund Accountant, Custodian and other service providers to the fund.Take the lead in your team on client/internal escalations and projects.Take a lead role in fund launches and the on-boarding of new ClientsOrganise and manage a rota within your team of daily / weekly tasksSupervise the day-to-day activities and staff within the teamManaging SLA's within Transfer Agency and escalating any potential late deliverables to the management team and / or clientTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Third level qualification is preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of work experience in Transfer Agency is requiredBroad Transfer Agency knowledge in dealing, contact centre, cash settlements, reconciliations or client service is required.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
