Business Support Systems is an AIDC company offering labelling solutions and data collection devices. An Authorised Business Partner of Zebra Technologies and Brother International we have been supplying our customers throughout the island of Ireland for over 25 years. We are looking to recruit a Finance and Administration Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of three people. They will have overall responsibility for the operation and development of both the finance function of the business and the administration of the business including supply chain.
Responsibilities will include the following:
* Production of monthly accounts
* Overall responsibility for debtors, creditors and stock
* Liaise with our external accountants
* Provide advice and reports
* Streamline the operations of our Herbst accounting system
* Managing day to day business operations
* Work with third party to implement a 'Lean' review of processes
* Managing office facilities
Salary will reflect the experience and skills of the successful candidate. The position is initially a part time position for three days per week.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €36,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
