Cardiac Physiologist Role
Job Summary:
This role involves supporting the management of physiology services, overseeing the development of cardiac investigation services for children with known or suspected cardiac disease.
* Support the Chief II in managing the physiology services.
* Oversee the progress and development of the ECG, arrhythmia, and pacing section of the department to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Clinical Measurement from Technology University Dublin or Dublin Institute of Technology. Alternatively, they will possess an equivalent relevant scientific qualification (Level 8) as confirmed by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurements Physiology (IICMP).
* Maintain a high-quality cardiac investigation service for children with known or suspected cardiac disease.
* Ensure upkeep of services and equipment allocated to your care.
Assist in the provision of continued education to the staff in the department and assist with the commissioning of the department for the New Children's Hospital.
