We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in sustainability practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in energy modeling software and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver energy models and simulations to guide sustainable design strategies
* Design mechanical systems with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability
* Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and sustainability consultants
* Support compliance with local and international sustainability standards and regulations
* Provide technical input during design stages and contribute to project documentation
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* Proven experience in a similar role within a consultancy or building design environment
* Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., IES VE, TAS, or similar)
* Strong knowledge of heat load calculations and mechanical systems design
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
