Financial Operations Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing a team involved in investment monitoring, ensuring compliance with fund restrictions, and timely completion of tasks.
* The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the investment monitoring team to guarantee adherence to investment guidelines
* Collaborate with clients to resolve exceptions in a timely manner
* Review and provide feedback on draft prospectuses and financial reports
* Evaluate performance of team members and create action plans to improve
* Develop work schedules and programs
* Identify suitable candidates for potential hiring
* Maintain strict quality control processes to ensure no breaches occur
An ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure. A degree qualification and relevant industry experience are required, as well as knowledge of investment monitoring systems and regulatory frameworks.
