Qualifications
* Proficiency in Client Services and a passion for Customer Service
* Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
* Ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction and address concerns promptly
* Basic knowledge or experience in Finance-related tasks
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
* Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are an advantage
