Care Services Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced care services manager to oversee the daily operations of our female religious order setting.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and respectful environment, leading a team of staff members across catering, cleaning, and housekeeping departments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of 10 staff members, ensuring high standards of hygiene and service delivery.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate financial records and operating within agreed budget levels.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire food cycle from preparation to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Compliance: Enforce statutory policies related to occupational health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement best practices.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the care sector.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management.
* Familiarity with compliance standards and health and safety regulations.
* Relevant qualifications and IT literacy.
