We are seeking a part time Customer Service Representative for Advant commercial and Contract Manufacturing customers. Join our team here in Advant Medical, Parkmore, Galway!

Education & Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
Secondary school qualification (or equivalent)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
DESIRABLE
Certificate or diploma in business administration, customer service, or a related field
Experience or training in regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role essential
Experience working with ERP or CRM systems desirable
Familiarity with medical device products or healthcare customers desirable
