We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a top Irish law firm with an exceptional culture, who are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly respected firm, supporting a broad range of company secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Top 3 Things to Know About this Job Competitive salary and excellent benefits package Hybrid working with a top Irish law firm Requires minimum 3 years' experience and an ICSA qualification The Role Provide company secretarial support across a varied portfolio of clients Assist in maintaining statutory registers and ensuring compliance with Companies Act requirements Coordinate and prepare board and committee packs, minutes, agendas, and resolutions Manage filings with the CRO and other regulatory bodies Support the team with corporate governance matters and best practice guidance Liaise with partners, senior stakeholders, and external advisors Assist with ad hoc company secretarial and compliance projects The Person Minimum 3 years' experience in a Company Secretarial role ICSA qualification (fully or part-qualified essential) Strong understanding of company law, statutory compliance, and corporate governance Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders The Rewards Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working arrangement Opportunity to work within a leading Irish law firm Supportive, friendly, and collaborative culture Next Steps For further information, and to apply for this Company Secretary job, please contact Clare Patterson.
