Financial Controller
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Financial Controller in our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial, cash, operational, and compliance aspects of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage SPV financial statements and NAV calculations;
* Provide timely and accurate reporting to fund management and investors;
* Oversight of cash flows between SPVs including capital calls distributions,
intercompany financing, prepare funds flow statements etc
Skill required are solid experience in private equity,fund structures
