**Job Title:** Procurement Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Project Manager to oversee the management of projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and coordinating projects to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Ensure that all project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
* Team Management: Manage Project Managers and Site Management teams, delegate work effectively through communication, and select subcontractor teams.
* Quality Control: Regularly check on project progress, quality, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports to Directors, gather site reports, and conduct meetings with Site Management.
* Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are exceeded, and handling emergency situations.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, plus 10 years of experience in a similar role.
* Skills: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, manage multiple civil teams, possess expert analytical and decision-making skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Licenses and Certifications: Full driving license and up-to-date knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
