Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our team in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading daily store operations, managing KPIs, and implementing strategies to drive business growth. They will also be responsible for maintaining high visual standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, and building lasting customer relationships.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-4 years' experience in retail or hospitality management
* Previous supervisory or assistant management experience
* A strong leader with excellent communication and people skills
* Passion for customer service and building positive team culture
* Organized, commercially aware, and confident managing KPIs and budgets
* Adaptable and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
