Internal Account Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a defined list of customer accounts ensuring excellent service and relationship management.
* Manage day-to-day and minor customer accounts.
* Serve as the first point of contact for inbound queries orders and service requests from assigned customers.
* Support Senior Account Managers in the management of major/key customers by handling administrative tasks coordinating information and ensuring continuity of service.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth delivery of customer requirements.
