REED is excited to collaborate with a dynamic company in Dublin that is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Recruitment Consultant. They are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter - Talent Delivery Partner to join their growing Recruiting team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, ensuring efficient and high-quality recruitment outcomes. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, recruitment operations, and candidate management. 7-month temporary contract - employed by agency Hybrid working - 3 days in the office (Flexible) Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and workforce planning. Manage the recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments. Deliver consistent, high-quality candidate experiences from first contact to onboarding. Work closely with Talent Attraction Partners (responsible for building the candidate pipeline), Recruiting Coordinators, and other internal stakeholders to drive hiring outcomes Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., Hiring numbers, time to fill, interview to hire ratio, etc) Ensure all recruitment practices are aligned with company values and compliance standards. Provide strategic insight and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring processes Maintain accurate candidate records and process documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support talent marketing initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously. Commitment to delivering an inclusive hiring process. Confident and capable using data to provide recruitment insights.
