Job Title:Community Centre ManagerLocation:Blakestown Way, Coolmine, Dublin, IrelandWorking Pattern:Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, full-time.We're looking for a Community Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one community centre in the Fingal area. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility, relationship-building, and community engagement.About The RoleYou'll be the main point of contact for the Centres, ensuring they run smoothly and serve the local community effectively. This includes everything from managing staff and budgets to developing business plans and strengthening partnerships with stakeholders, such as schools, resident groups, Fingal County Council, and other relevant organisations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations and report monthly to the BoardDevelop and implement business and marketing plansManage financial performance, budgets, and funding applicationsMaintain the centres to a high standard of safety and cleanlinessRecruit, supervise, and support staffEngage with local organisations to ensure diverse, inclusive servicesEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and governance policiesWhat We're Looking For2+ years in a management role, ideally within community services or not-for-profitsStrong leadership, financial, and organisational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable with budgeting, planning, and reportingFamiliarity with health and safety legislation and facility managementIT literacy and confidence using digital toolsDesirable AttributesMotivated, solution-oriented, and approachableExperience managing KPIs and community stakeholdersFlexible, with a hands-on approach to team support
