Leadership Opportunity in Healthcare Recruitment
A dynamic Business Manager is sought to lead our rapidly growing commercial team in Northern Ireland, driving operational excellence and high-performance teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full operational and strategic oversight of our division, reporting to the Commercial Director.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and leading a recruitment team or commercial division, with a strong track record of success in healthcare recruitment. They will be able to develop and implement long-term growth strategies based on market insights and business needs, while maintaining a focus on client relationship management and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the commercial team, overseeing sales, business development, and recruitment operations.
* Drive growth from successful multi-year framework wins and increase opportunities in private, voluntary, and not-for-profit sectors.
* Oversee recruitment strategy and talent acquisition for both internal staff and healthcare candidates.
* Implement robust candidate acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
* Full P&L ownership for the division, developing and managing divisional budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
* Ensure that divisional KPIs and activity align with business strategy and corporate targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in healthcare recruitment in Northern Ireland, ideally in public, private, and voluntary sectors.
* Leadership experience in managing and leading a recruitment team or commercial division.
* Financial acumen, including experience in managing P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
* Strategic vision, ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies based on market insights and business needs.
* Client relationship management skills, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
