Overview
Our client is an Irish Developer + Main Contractor.
They wish to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee a €50M residential development in Carrickmines due to commence in April/May.
Site and team
Site-based 2-year program.
The project team will consist of PM, SM FF, Sr + Site Engineers, Sr + Inter QS.
Responsibilities
Ensure subcontractors and service partners deliver services to required standards, maintaining governance, value for money, and alignment with company values, culture, and expectations.
Oversee compliance with all statutory, client, and company policies, including QSHE processes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the escalation point for performance issues.
Lead and develop team members through onboarding, performance reviews, training, and talent development to foster a high-performing culture.
Lead on programming, resourcing and overall project planning.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing similar projects, strong knowledge of groundworks and residential builds, with relevant qualification.
Remuneration
€130,000 – €160,000 with package.
