Role
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets across existing and new product ranges while building strong customer relationships to support long-term growth.
This is a field-based and office-based hybrid role, offering variety and the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Achieve sales targets by maintaining and growing existing customer accounts through effective account management.
* Generate and develop new business through lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
* Identify and introduce new products to market that align with company goals (quality, brand fit, competitive advantage, margin).
* Support marketing efforts by helping to design and drive sales campaigns.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a field sales role (required).
* Demonstrated drive to develop and succeed in sales.
* Enthusiastic, keen to learn, and results-driven.
* A strong team player with the ability to work independently using initiative.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
* Strong relationship-building ability.
* Familiarity with CRM software and general computer skills.
* Full, clean Irish driving licence (required).
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (preferred).
Education: Leaving Certificate (preferred).
