The organisation operates as a full building services solutions provider and has successfully delivered multiple large-scale projects across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of the MEP scope for a major construction projectManage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and support staffEnsure full compliance with technical standards, health & safety regulations, and quality requirementsOversee procurement activities, subcontractor performance, and stakeholder coordinationDrive commercial performance, including cost control, risk management, and financial reportingLiaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and milestones are achievedReport progress to senior leadership and contribute strategic input on overall project directionCandidate RequirementsProven experience delivering technically complex MEP projects with values exceeding £20mStrong leadership capability with experience managing multidisciplinary delivery teamsExcellent commercial awareness and contract management expertiseIn-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, MEP systems, and construction methodologiesAbility to perform effectively under pressure while managing multiple prioritiesWillingness to undergo full background checks and security vetting (including NDA clearance) due to the sensitive nature of the projectDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineChartered status or equivalent professional accreditationPrevious experience delivering manufacturing, high-tech, or technically advanced facilities
