**Job Description:**
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping organisational strategy and driving transformation through people. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to senior leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, culture alignment and talent management.
Your primary goal is to ensure that all 450 employees of our global business receive high-quality HR support and service globally. This involves effective daily management of transactional HR activities alongside strategic business partnership and projects at Ireland or EMEA level.
You will lead complex change initiatives such as restructures, role evolution, site transitions, and leadership changes. Additionally, you will drive talent management strategies including succession planning,
talent acquisition,
development opportunities ,capability strengtheningand performance enhancement practices across the organisation.
