Digital Systems Technical Coordinator Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled Digital Systems Technical Coordinator to manage, coordinate, and support the technical team responsible for delivering digital systems in various industries.
1. Implementation & Integration: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment and integration of digital systems, including software applications, control systems, and data platforms.
2. System Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for all digital systems-related technical activities, coordinating between different workstreams under a unified project umbrella.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for digital systems issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
4. Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades of digital systems to ensure security, compliance, and functionality.
5. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user manuals.
6. Training & User Support: Deliver training sessions and support materials to end-users and technical staff to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
7. Compliance & Security: Ensure digital systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
8. Vendor Management: Liaise with software vendors, service providers, and contractors to coordinate support, licensing, and service agreements.
9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance digital systems capabilities, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. They should have experience working on ABB DCS, PLC systems, DeltaV, MES, PI, I&C, ICT, etc., preferably in API Manufacturing. The role requires strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles, as well as proficiency with relevant digital tools and platforms specific to the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Skills: Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
Preferred Skills: Experience working on ABB DCS, PLC systems, DeltaV, MES, PI, I&C, ICT, etc.
