Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Human Resources Leader to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy. This key role will manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through employee development and retention, and oversee a performance appraisal system.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic HR plans and initiatives that drive business outcomes
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and offboarding
* Support business growth by developing and executing talent management strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance improvement plans
* Oversee and manage performance management processes, compensation programs, and benefits administration
* Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, conduct investigations, and maintain accurate records
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and employees on HR-related matters
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, with expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations
* Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles
