* HR Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations regarding payroll and employee rights.
* Policy Development:
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
* Guidance and Support:
o Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR-related issues.
* Audits and Reconciliations:
o Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of payroll records to maintain accuracy.
* Benefits Administration:
o Oversee employee benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment and benefits inquiries.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual who has experience in managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. You must have:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or HR Manager with a focus on payroll processing.
* Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations affecting payroll and HR processes.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies and HR challenges.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and management.
