HR Professional Role
We are seeking a skilled HR professional to support an organizational change project for a permanent role with a leading engineering company based in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR analytics experience, ideally gained within an engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment.
* Assist with data migration and cleansing for the new HR system.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT), log issues, and maintain project documentation.
* Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and provide feedback on system usability.
* Maintain and update employee records in both legacy and new HR systems during transition.
* Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR documentation for hires, changes, and leavers.
* Support administration of benefits, leave, and absence tracking.
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate liaison.
* Prepare and validate HR reports, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation.
Key skills: Excel, HR Administration, HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors), communication, coordination, teamwork, adaptability, confidentiality, problem solving, process-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for HR system queries during rollout and provide employee support.
Requirements:
* Previous HR administration experience, ideally in a system implementation or upgrade.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) desirable.
* HR qualification, project support or system training experience is an advantage.
