About the Company

We are seeking a highly motivated, fast-paced and customer-focused person to join our Internal Sales team here at ROBUS. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who can build rapport easily with customers and exceed their expectations with their knowledge and passion. They will have excellent verbal and written social skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritise and manage their time. The role involves multitasking across systems and applications and resolving a variety of technical issues while comfortably navigating a product environment. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority so a commitment to providing best in class service is vital.

About the Role

The role involves multitasking across systems and applications and resolving a variety of technical issues while comfortably navigating a product environment.

Responsibilities

* Provide World Class Customer Service ensuring we are easy to deal with
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat systems.
* Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
* Manage the sales mailbox and distribute orders/queries to the team based on regions.
* Work with Internal departments to anticipate and exceed customers' expectations.
* Processing Sales Orders and associated mailbox management in various platforms
* Maintain above target levels on KPIs
* Liaising with and working alongside the ASMs to deliver best-in-class service.
* Participate in regular product training sessions and complete assessments.

Qualifications

* Business fluency in both written and oral English is essential.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service

Required Skills

* Customer-focused with the ability to work well in a structured team environment and with strong initiative.
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize and prioritize work.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of or interest in product and technology is desirable but full training will be provided.
