Position Summary
As a
Customer Support Representative
, you will be the first point of contact for
English and French
speaking customers, delivering outstanding service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding customers through our products and services.
Responsibilities
Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns efficiently and effectively and resolving issues that customers might have.
Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Hours of Work
Monday – Friday

€29,400 per year
Job Requirements
Fluency in spoken and written
English and French
.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with customers (either via phone or direct, in person).
Strong communications skills.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Contract Type
Full time (39 hours per week)
