Role Summary
This is a
strategic HR Business Partner / People Partner
position within the
People & Places team
, focusing on driving organisational change, process optimisation, and people programs that support company growth.
You'll work cross-functionally with leaders in
finance, operations, and engineering

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support organisational change, transformation, and process improvement projects
Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
Drive engagement, recognition, and performance culture programs
Coach and guide managers and leaders to strengthen their leadership capability
Manage employee relations and ensure fair, consistent practices
Use people data and analytics to inform business and talent decisions
Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering teams to align people strategies with business goals
Support the delivery of company-wide people programs and ensure strong adoption across teams
Requirements
6–8+ years of experience
in HR Business Partnering, Consulting, or Organisational Change roles
Proven experience in
change management
,
transformation
, and
process optimisation
Strong experience in
fast-paced, dynamic, or scaling environments
(e.g., fintech, SaaS, technology, consulting, R&D)
Skilled in
coaching leaders and managers
and driving a
high-performance culture
Solid understanding of
