Environment & Planning Solicitor
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a prestigious law firm in Dublin, seeking an experienced Environment & Planning Solicitor (4-6 years’ PQE) to join their highly regarded team. The Role:
* Advising clients on planning applications, appeals, and environmental law compliance.
* Handling judicial review proceedings, compulsory purchase orders, and regulatory matters.
* Providing legal support on major infrastructure and development projects.
* Drafting legal opinions, contracts, and stakeholder submissions.
* Engaging with regulatory bodies, planning authorities, and government agencies.
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor (4-6 years’ PQE) with a background in environment & planning law.
* Strong knowledge of planning legislation, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
* A commercially aware and solutions-focused approach to legal challenges.
