As a social care worker, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that promotes independence and social inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their daily routines
* Work alongside a collaborative team to develop personalised care plans
* Manage or respond to challenging behaviours when necessary
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent in Health/Social Care)
* At least 1 year's experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
* Strong understanding of adult safeguarding legislation and national social care policies
* Full, clean manual driver's licence and access to own car
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
