Leadership Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Person In Charge. The successful candidate will provide mentorship and leadership to their team, oversee service delivery across shifts, and maintain high standards of infection control.
The Person In Charge will support our Centre on a full-time contract, managing staff and coordinating input from other teams as required. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent services and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage staff and coordinate input from other teams
* Provide mentorship and leadership to team members
* Maintain high standards of infection control
* Oversee service delivery across shifts
Requirements:
* Qualification: Level 7/8 Degree in Health or Social Care
* Full Clean Driver's License
* Knowledge: Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting
