Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, service, and productivity in a retail store environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain excellent staffing levels to meet business demands.

* Ensure the merchandising and presentation of the store are consistently maintained to the highest standard.
* Manage all Health & Safety, HACCP, and legal requirements within the store.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar retail environment.
* Proven ability to manage and lead retail sales teams effectively.
* Excellent operational knowledge of the retail environment.
