• What we're looking for:
As a Senior Fraud Risk Manager who can support our international expansion you'll play a critical role in identifying new regulatory and Fraud risk requirements as we expand into new jurisdictions, and work closely with Product, Operations and Tech teams to ensure that MBEU implements solutions to effectively and efficiently manage risks.
1. Regulatory Engagement: Assist with understanding Fraud regulatory requirements within new jurisdictions, developing approaches to meet these requirements, and engaging with regulators.
2. Strategic Oversight: Ensure that First Line of Defence Fraud Operations are operating effectively
3. Data-Driven Insight and Storytelling: Use data to createpelling presentations and reports that support Fraud prioritisation.
4. Strategic Doer:bine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to align cross-functional teams with our Fraud vision and strategy.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product, Risk, Engineering, Operational and Change teams across Monzo jurisdictions to coordinate key initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.
What You'll Be Doing
6. Formulating and executing strategic projects aligned with Monzo's EU expansion.
7. Defining Fraud requirements for expansion to new jurisdictions and working with Product, Risk and Technical teams to define solutions and deliver these.
8. Owning Financial Crime performance data and driving regular reporting to key forums andmittees attended by Monzo Senior Leadership.
9. Collaborating across thepany to remove roadblocks and solveplex challenges relating to Monzo's EU expansion.
10. Preparing the Risk Leadership Team for meetings with key stakeholders ( regulators, suppliers, law enforcement).
11. Supporting the Director of Fraud and Financial Crime Risk in the organisation and at key forumsmittees.

12. You have a depth of expertise in Fraud risks and regulatory requirements within financial services across EU jurisdictions.
13. You have worked closely with Product and Technical teams in defining requirements and developing solutions toplex problems.
14. You have a track record of driving oues by building consensus and influence.
15. You are passionate about Fraud and protecting Monzo and our customers.
16. You have strong analytical skills
17. You are a problem solver who takes initiative to create high impact for stakeholders.
18. Excel at stakeholder management and coordination across multiple teams.
19. Are a curious, multi-tasker who thrives in fast-paced, varied environments.

This role will be based in a Dublin office, however you will be expected to travel to Monzo's head offices in London from time to time.
We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team.
Annual Leave - 34 days including public holidays (24 holiday days + 10 public holidays)
€1,200 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences.
