We are seeking a highly driven Senior Mid-Market Account Executive for North Africa to expand our sales team. The role involves prospecting new accounts, expanding existing customer usage, and ensuring continued value from the NOW Platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in new business pipeline generation, preferably via telephone within an enterprise context. Collaboration with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, and Renewal Sales teams is essential to exceed quotas and develop future sales talent.
Responsibilities include:
* Achieving or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Managing sales opportunities and relationships over the phone with key contacts in Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
* Understanding clients’ business drivers, challenges, and pain points, and aligning ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
* Developing new opportunities through strategic prospecting in key verticals.
* Following the Value Selling process to acquire new business, expand existing accounts, and secure renewals.
* Collaborating with teams and coordinating resources like Solution Consultants and Partners to advance sales cycles.
* Providing accurate forecasts and strategic plans to management.
* Meeting KPIs such as prospect meetings, pipeline growth, bookings, and renewal rates.
* Mentoring team members and contributing to collaborative projects.
* Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required.
Qualifications for success:
* Experience in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving using AI tools or insights.
* Proven success in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales.
* 1-3+ years in full sales cycle roles within software or solutions sales.
* Experience selling enterprise solutions via phone and video conferencing.
* Fluent in French and Arabic.
* Understanding of complex sales processes and ability to navigate them.
* Knowledge of sales automation, ERP, or IT infrastructure management technologies is a plus.
* Strong presentation skills using web-based tools.
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Ability to build meaningful business relationships.
* Dependability and persistence in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
