ResponsibilitiesIndividualised resident person-centred care plans should be assessed, planned, carried out, and evaluated within a predetermined framework, in compliance with HIQA standards, best practices, and current evidence-based nursing research.
The chosen applicant will offer comprehensive, person-centred care, encouraging maximum independence and improving our residents' quality of life.
Create and preserve strong relationships with the residents' families and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach.
To get the best input for the resident, be cognisant of and collaborate closely with the many disciplines of the multidisciplinary team.
