About the Role

Join the team at Drumhierny's Wellbeing Sanctuary, where nature-immersive calm meets five-star, guest obsessed service. You'll be the warm, capable front-of-house lead who keeps the guest journey seamless from welcome to aftercare, while keeping daily operations tight and standards immaculate.

What You'll Do

Guest Care & Front of House

* Deliver a warm welcome, smooth check-ins, pre-treatment briefings, and thoughtful aftercare.
* Resolve issues with grace; protect our calm, wellness-first atmosphere.

Daily Operations

* Build therapist schedules, manage room turnarounds, stock & linen levels, and open/close procedures.
* Raise POs, handle cash-up, and keep accurate daily records.

Five-Star Standards

* Uphold Drumhierny protocols across treatment rooms and relaxation areas (amenities, aroma, music, spotless cleanliness).

Retail & Upsell

* Recommend authentic add-ons and wellness retail to enhance outcomes (never pushy always guest-led).

Compliance, Safety & Sustainability

* Maintain hygiene logs, risk checks, incident reports, and vendor coordination.
* Champion our sustainability practices in daily operations.

Team Rhythm

* Run clear briefings, publish shift rosters, support therapists, and ensure smooth handovers to management.

You'll Bring

* 1–2+ years in spa/wellness/hospitality front-of-house or coordination (boutique/luxury ideal).
* Natural host energy: calm, attentive, solutions-focused.
* Strong organisation: scheduling, stock control, flawless standards.
* Confident with POS/booking systems and basic reporting.
* A love of the outdoors and a genuine interest in wellbeing.
* Current First Aid (or willing to certify) and excellent English.
* Genuine interest in social media:
comfortable filming short clips, writing simple captions, and showcasing wellness moments.

* Nice to have:
Beauty/holistic therapy certification; Irish hospitality experience; knowledge of eco/green practices.

Benefits

* Access to our Wellbeing Sanctuary (Pre/Post Working Hours)
(we put employee wellbeing first, just as we do for our guests).
* On-site parking.

Hours

* Full-time roster including weekends/evenings to match guest demand.
