Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in growing the company's core brands by developing and managing social media strategies, creating digital assets, and managing websites.
Responsibilities
* Drive engagement across social media channels, including responding to customer queries and monitoring reviews.
* Develop and manage LinkedIn content strategy, including videos and visual content creation, and staying informed on industry-related news.
* Create digital assets for advertising and social media using tools such as Canva and Adobe Express.
* Manage and update websites for core brands, optimising customer experience.
* Create and manage highly targeted customer email campaigns using Brevo as the primary email marketing platform.
* Manage the CRM database, track the performance of campaigns and provide insights and recommendations to the management team.
* Work closely with media and creative agencies on digital campaigns.
* Collaborate with in-house teams to align digital efforts with customer experience objectives: strong communication skills are desirable.
* Create video content and coordinate the production process.
* Deliver rollout of new digital projects.
* Assist in managing sponsorships and build relationships with key stakeholders.
* Organise promotional events and attend as a representative of the company.
* Act as brand guardian - ensuring all online and offline assets adhere to brand guidelines.
* Work with external agencies to ensure the messaging, tone of voice and style of marketing collateral is on brand and consistent across each core brand.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing/Digital Media or equivalent experience.
* At least 3+ years' experience in a digital marketing role.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
* Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
* High energy and results orientated with a passion for all things digital.
* Ability to work on your own initiative.
* Prior experience in the insurance marketing world would be highly advantageous.
