About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team in the West of Ireland.
* As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts in locations such as Galway city, Limerick, Ennis, and Athlone.
* You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the contract, including performance monitoring and reporting.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and excellent customer service.
3. Lead and motivate a team of Parking Attendants and mobile fleet operators to achieve operational and financial goals.
4. Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and growth.
5. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, including client meetings and status updates.
Requirements:
* Experience in contract management, preferably in a B2B services or facilities business.
* Proven track record in operational, contract, commercial, and project management.
* Minimum 3+ years of multi-site contract management experience, with a large team management background.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Fully computer literate, with good keyboard skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
