We are looking for a Shopper Activation Manager to join the Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing the Shopper Activation agenda; delivering effective communication of the brand messages in-store and online and creating joint marketing initiatives with customers that are founded in shopper insights and driving sales. You will be required to "Think Global, act local" via working with the wider UK & European Shopper Marketing teams to deliver best in class localised creative solutions, all whilst building networks internally and externally to allow for effortless execution.
Responsibilities
* Leading the delivery of Pepsico's shopper marketing campaigns and Pepsico calendar initiatives.
* Working cross functionally across sales, marketing, corporate and supply chain to deliver end to end shopper solutions to market.
* Working across UK and European Shopper teams, building strong networks and creating and developing best in class innovative shopper toolkits
* Leading the ecomm/Omnichannel strategy, working with Retail media Network partners to deliver sales driving online activations
* This role is customer-facing and will require knowledge & expertise of the retailer environment and networking with their marketing and trading teams.
* Sell- in concepts, internally with account & sales teams and externally, supporting with customer brand planning days, to drive excitement and engagement of our plans.
* Evaluation of shopper activation effectiveness to generate insight that shapes future plans
* Budget & invoicing responsibility (SAP proficient)

* Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timelines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, powerpoint proficient
* Ability to extract key insights from data and evaluate projects, working with AC Nielsen & Kanter.
Desirable Knowledge / Experience
* 3+ years Experience working within FMCG Marketing / Shopper Marketing roles
* Good understanding of key marketing mix levers and interpretation of brand plans
