We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Human Resources function across two hotel properties, ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry best practices.
 * To manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
 * Conducting interviews and collaborating with department managers to fulfill staffing needs.
 * Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
 * Providing orientation and necessary training to new employees.
 * Implementing and enforcing HR policies to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the hospitality industry or a similar fast-paced environment. They will possess strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
