(Portwest Ireland), a leading manufacturer of outdoor clothing and supplier of workwear, safety wear and PPE is now seeking applications for the position of Commercial Administrator based in Westport. Portwest designs, manufactures and distributes market leading workwear, safety wear, footwear and PPE. Charles Hughes Ltd distributes Portwest and other premium brands to over 1,200 customers in Ireland.
We are a fast growing ambitious company employing over 100 people in Ireland.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Coordinate internal & client facing projects
* Preparation of tender submissions
* Client presentations
* Key Account & business development support
* Provide internal sales support for the Account Management team
* Sales analysis and reporting
* Quotations
* Price administration
* CRM management
* General administration
* Ad hoc duties as necessary
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
To become the Commercial Administrator you will need:
* Relevant Qualification in Business Studies/Marketing or Commerce desirable
* 2 years + relevant experience
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong IT skills
* Strong communications skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
